For water damage, we recommend the following immediate measures:

  1. If the device was on, turn it off immediately by holding down the power button.
  2. Next, disconnect the device from the power adapter, as electricity promotes the progression of corrosion. If possible, even disconnect the battery from the logic board. Even when turned off, the battery continues to provide energy, which promotes corrosion.
  3. Take your MacBook to specialists immediately. Time only makes the problem worse.

If you're not near us, simply use our free DHL label and send in your MacBook immediately. The fault analysis and return shipping are also free for you.

You only pay for the repair approved by you.
