As a specialized MacBook workshop in Hamburg-Altona, customers from Hamburg and the surrounding area can drop off their devices directly at our workshop at Leverkusenstraße 3. For customers outside of Hamburg, we offer a free DHL shipping service with insured transport.
Opening hours of our Hamburg workshop: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours are possible by arrangement.

Yes, the fault analysis is free. You can send in your device with our free DHL label. If you decide against a repair, the return shipping remains free.
