About half our customers aren't from Hamburg. Last week we had devices from Munich, Freiburg, and even the North Sea island of Föhr on our bench. The process is simple:
- Print label — Create here, free of charge
- Pack your MacBook — ideally in the original box, otherwise towel + cardboard
- Drop at DHL — Packstation, branch, or the courier picks it up
- We'll get back to you — usually within 24-48 hours after arrival with diagnosis and price
Important: If the repair costs too much or isn't worthwhile, we tell you honestly. Then your device goes back free. We only earn when you're satisfied — the business doesn't work any other way long-term.
How the repair process works
1. Send in or drop off: Bring your MacBook to our workshop or send it free of charge Germany-wide with our DHL shipping label.
2. Free analysis: Once your device arrives, our technicians check every component. We diagnose the defect, evaluate repair options, and check whether data recovery is needed.
3. Quote and consultation: After the analysis, we contact you with our recommended solution and a fixed price. You decide whether to go ahead.
4. No risk: If you decide against the repair, the analysis and return shipping are free. You won't pay for a device that can't be fixed or isn't worth fixing.
5. Repair with 12-month warranty: That's four times more than the standard 3 months at authorized Apple shops.

MacBook Water Damage
With water damage, quick response is key. Costs vary depending on damage: Simple cleaning under €200, common cases €300-400, severe damage over €1,000. Turn off immediately and do not charge!

Costs for graphics repairs are model and GPU dependent. Typically between €200 and €400, in rare cases up to €500. We often repair individual components instead of complete replacements.

MacBook Battery Replacement
Battery replacement costs between €160 and €260 depending on the year of manufacture. With swollen batteries, you should act quickly as further damage to the case and display can occur.
MacBook Upgrade / Too Slow
Upgrade costs depend on the year of manufacture: Older devices (easily upgradeable SSDs/RAM) from €80, modern MacBooks with soldered SSD over €500. Replacing soldered components is very complex.
